1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and DC-PUNCH ("we," "us," or "our"), a sun-brand of Dachuan, concerning your access to and use of the www.dc-punch.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or related applications related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing the Site or purchasing our CNC leather punching solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2 Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our proprietary machinery software are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

• CNC Software: The embedded software in our Smart CNC machines is licensed, not sold, solely for the operation of the specific machine purchased.
• Patents: Our mechanical designs and punching technologies are protected by relevant patent laws.
• Brand Usage: "DC-PUNCH" and the DC-PUNCH logo are trademarks of Dachuan.

3 Machinery Purchase & Warranty

Specifications: We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications (such as punching speed or precision tolerances), or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Warranty: Unless explicitly stated in a separate sales contract, our standard warranty covers core components (servo motors, CNC controllers) against manufacturing defects. Consumable parts (punching needles, mats) are excluded from standard warranty terms.

4 Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site or our machinery, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the People's Republic of China. DC-PUNCH and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
